We offer free shipping, Australia wide, on all orders over $150. At this point in time we are not delivering internationally.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Aramax for delivery.
Items ordered are dispatched as they arrive into our warehouse. This means you may receive multiple packages. We know how exciting online shopping can be, so as soon as your items arrive we’ll get them sent out immediately. And, you won’t be charged multiple freight charges. Please make sure you’ve clearly noted the delivery items for all your items. Some items will be two weeks, others six, so be sure you are comfortable with this turnaround.
With every item we send you, you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey. You’ll be able to track your orders online and contact the courier provider if any issues arise. Giving you complete control in getting your new wardrobe to your door.
Standard shipping in Australia of $10.50 applies for orders under $150. If you spend $150 or more you will receive free shipping. Please note this will be standard shipping.
We offer free returns. If you choose to exchange an item you will need to pay $10.50 postage for the new items.

Standard registered shipping allow 1 to 7 business days.
Once you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery times for each item. As we ship each item, you will receive an email confirming which items are being delivered and which items are still waiting for delivery. In this email will be tracking information for your parcel.
Whilst we aim to get orders out to you quickly, due to Covid-19 we do experience delays from time to time due to flights being grounded, an increase in freight in the network and potential border closures. These delays are out of our control.
We have chosen our freight partners due to years of experience in the industry and which providers we believe provided best service and value for money. At times our freight companies may experience delays or issues with their network. Whilst we do our best to avoid this, some things are outside of our control. O&B can not take responsibility for any delays with freight outside our control.
